The textbook deals with the role of the facility manager, the processes in the building that he must secure and manage. With the development of facility management documents, which serve to ensure the quality of the indoor environment of buildings and thus ensure a quality working space.
In each building there is an organization, whether the building was designed for that purpose or there was a change in the function of the building during its life cycle. There are many processes going on in the organization. It is very important for a facility manager to know in detail about these processes, their mutual links and functions. Therefore, it is necessary for students and prospective employees in the field of facility management to be able to define the processes that take place in the organization. The book elaborates the main processes for various organizations as well as the main processes in facility management, which are support processes for the organization.
